 Samples are posted out 1st class Royal Mail once weekly on a Wednesday. Please ensure that you will be available to consume your samples within 3-5 days of receipt. Samples should be stored in the fridge on receipt, but allowed to return to room temperature before consuming.

Bespoke cakes are so individual, an accurate price can only be given once all of the details have been discussed.

order & book
First of all, contact me to find out if I have your date available. We don't have 'lead times' for cakes, availability is based on how many other cakes we already have booked in on your chosen date. Its rare that I can accomodate last minute orders, but it's always worth asking.
If we've already established that I have availability for your chosen date, I will then aim to give you a guide price or a quote. I will need as much information about the design as possible before I can do this, pictures are really helpful along with a detailed description, everyone interprets things differently, and I want to quote you as accurately as possible. I offer in person consultations for wedding cakes that need more design input, get in touch to organise this with me directly.

Once happy with the quote I will ask for a commitment from you in the form of a booking fee £150 for wedding cakes, and £50 for celebration cakes or 30% for cakes valued at £200 or over. The booking fee is non refundable and will be deducted from your final balance. I will send you a payment link for this, and once received, then and only then is your booking confirmed. The balance must be paid before collection of celebration cakes, or 1 month prior to the wedding. If cancellation occurs after final balance is received, all monies paid are non refundable.
delivery / collection
CELEBRATION CAKES:Â Â

All celebration cakes are available for collection by appointment from my cake kitchen in Banham only, unless by prior arrangement.Â
Appropriate boxing and transportation instructions will be given at the time of collection. Please make sure you have a suitable flat space in you vehicle...footwell or boot is ideal. Laps or seats are not advised. I will not be held responsible for damage to cakes after collection, but if damage does occur, do get in touch and I will do my best to advise.

WEDDING CAKES:
​
Wedding cakes are available for delivery or collection depending on the size of the cake. Delivery will be made by me in person and should be arranged at the time of booking. I have bespoke delivery crates for this purpose, and carry a full repair kit in case of damage, or the need to assemble tiers on site.
