What matters most to me is attention to detail, so all of my creations are carefully planned and finished the highest standard, ensuring that your cake becomes a memorable centrepiece for your celebration.
Just as important as how a cake looks is how it tastes. Each cake is freshly baked and carefully finished to ensure it’s not only beautiful, but truly delicious too. I'm touched by the families that I've worked for over the years that come back to me for their special celebration cakes year after year.
Because everyone has different tastes I've made it my mission to master alternatives to fondant and buttercream icing, and my chocolate ganache cakes have proved to be a firm favourite.
Beautiful flowers and even a rabbit made entirely from chocolate ganache that is one hundred percent edible!! What's not to love!
